Refund Policy

Refunds apply to eligible returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery, and to orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. See Returns.

Approved refunds cover the product price in USD. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Charges and refunds appear on your statement as GIRARDPLUMB STORE.
