Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original, unbroken packaging. Opened or installed hardware cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

The following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Adhesive / no-drill hooks with the backing removed
• Any item that has been mounted, drilled or installed
• Items missing original packaging or hardware

Email support@girardplumb.shopwith your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD. See our Refund Policy for timing.
